Our famous red leather soles are entirely lacquered. When the shoes are worn, the soles will wear and the red lacquer will naturally alter or even disappear on the surfaces in contact with the ground. All shoes must be tried on carpet. Our soles are very delicate and we cannot accept returns on shoes that appear to be worn or damaged. In order to durably preserve your product, we strongly recommend you consult a leather care professional for specific advice, however, do not make any alterations to the original product.
We offer an exchange or refund for Change of Mind on the following items within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of Special Exceptions items.
